Terms:  Major credit cards only: Mastercard, Visa,  and American Express. Orders are accepted by phone, fax or email and must be accompanied by a valid P.O.#  and proper purchasing authorization by a corporate officer. Freight will be added to every invoice.

All orders are shipped from our Chicago warehouse unless otherwise noted. 

Orders are F.O.B. warehouse and are shipped standard ground freight unless otherwise requested on your P.O.

Minimum first time dealer order is 2 safes. 1 safe thereafter. 

Returned goods authorization: Materials may be returned for credit to the warehouse within 30 days of purchase. Contact our office to to request a Return Authorization Number. Returns must be in original condition, unused and in original packing or no credit can be issued and the safe will be returned to you with any additional shipping charges added to your account.

Product Warranty: New York Safe Co. warrants the the safe and security products sold to be free of defects in materials and workmanship when properly installed and used and maintained according to installation guidelines, for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. We will repair or replace any part which upon our examination proves to be defective under normal use. This warranty applies to safes and security products sold by New York Safe Co. and it's authorized dealer network only.
